He began his career in Cambodia’s hotel sector, where he held key leadership roles including Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager. In these roles, Dara led cross-functional teams, improved service standards, implemented performance-boosting systems, and helped properties achieve sustainable growth in highly competitive markets.

From 2011 to 2022, Dara further expanded his expertise at Booking.com, working across Southeast Asia from a base in Singapore. There, he supported hotel partners as a Commercial and Market Specialist, helping them optimize performance, increase visibility, and grow revenue through data-driven strategies and partnership development.
